Two-Tube Suspended Chain Aerator
The suspended chain aerator is a new type of oxygen-enhancing aerator developed by our company after years of effort, drawing on the advantages of various similar products from abroad. It is a core piece of equipment in the improved A/O process (activated sludge biological treatment process) for wastewater treatment. It effectively acts on all parts of the aeration tank, providing uniform oxygen supply with low energy consumption.
The suspended chain aerator consists of three parts: the aerator, the suspended chain, and the surface oxygen delivery pipes.
Aeration membrane: made of silicone rubber or composite materials;
Suspension chain: made of high-strength polyvinyl chloride pipe;
Floating pipe: made of UV-resistant, hard-walled, flexible HDPE plastic pipe.
