Swirling Aeration Head
The XGB-260 vortex-mixing aerator uses a multi-layer spiral cutting method for oxygenation and aeration. When the airflow enters the XGB-260 mixed-flow aerator, the airflow is first cut by a two-stage spiral cutting system before entering the lower multi-layer sawtooth-shaped air distribution head for multi-layer cutting, which cuts the air bubbles into microbubbles. This greatly improves the oxygen utilization rate and features uniform air distribution and high oxygenation efficiency.

The XGB-260 vortex aerator is suitable for the activated sludge biological treatment of large, medium, and small industrial wastewater and municipal sewage, as well as the aeration device for biological decomposition and oxidation wastewater treatment, and the pre-aeration of equalization tanks. It is widely applicable to various plug-flow and mixed-type aeration tanks in biological treatment.
