Silicone rubber products are made from methyl vinyl silicone rubber as the base rubber, with various fillers added, through processes such as mixing, slurry blowing, filtration, vulcanization, molding, extrusion, and bonding.
Silicone rubber microporous aeration tubes utilize laser drilling, resulting in uniform and fine pores. The diffused bubbles have small diameters, and the gas-liquid surface area is large, thus exhibiting high mass transfer efficiency and high oxygenation efficiency.
