Internal Flow Grid Machine
The fine bar screen consists of six main parts: frame, drive system, screen system, backwashing system, slag removal system, and electrical control system.
A geared motor drives a sprocket to rotate, which in turn drives the screen to rotate continuously. Wastewater enters the screen through the inlet, is filtered by the screen, and then flows outwards towards the outside of the screen. Debris is trapped on the inner surface of the screen and carried to the top as the screen rotates. The backwashing system washes the outside of the screen, and under the action of the backwash water, the debris is washed into the slag collection tank and flows out of the discharge port along with the backwash water.
