Four-Tube Suspended Chain Aerator

The suspended chain aerator – four-pipe type is a new type of aeration aerator developed by our company after years of effort, drawing on the advantages of various similar products from abroad. It is a core piece of equipment in the improved A/O process (activated sludge biological process) for wastewater treatment, effectively acting on all parts of the aeration tank, providing uniform oxygen supply and low energy consumption.
The suspended chain aerator consists of three parts: the aerator, the suspended chain, and the surface oxygen delivery pipes.
1.The structure and materials of the aerator are shown in the diagram below;
2.Suspended chain: made of high-strength polyvinyl chloride pipe;
3.Floating pipe: the floating pipe is made of UV-resistant, hard-walled, flexible HDPE plastic pipe.
