Flat Plate Aerator
The flat plate aerator consists of a chassis, an air distribution plate, a synthetic rubber diaphragm, a pressure ring, an air guide plate, and connectors that connect the base to the air distribution pipe. The base is made of ABS plastic, and both the base and the pressure ring have threads. The EPDM rubber diaphragm covers the air distribution plate, and the fixing ring ensures that there is no air leakage around the diaphragm. The rubber diaphragm has evenly distributed perforations. This type of rubber diaphragm is processed using multiple special processes, and its performance is stable and resistant to medium concentrations of acids, alkalis, oils, and other media.

Features
The check valve function of the disc aerator effectively prevents pollutants from flowing back into the air distribution pipe when the system stops operating. It is easy to install and can be flexibly applied to various wastewater treatment systems, making it a mature aeration device.
