EPDM Film

The film extrusion is complete, with a minimum thickness of 2±0.2mm. The perforation method is mechanical cutting, with perforation dimensions of 1mm*1mm.
The matrix is EPDM rubber. The tubular membrane itself does not have a sealing ring.
Hardness: 55 Shore A, Density: 1.115 g/cm³, Tensile strength ≥11 N/mm², Elongation ≥450%, Compression deformation ≤30%, Tear strength ≥ 10.5 N/mm; Basic film characteristics: – Sufficient elongation at break and compressive tensile strength; The perforation direction should be perpendicular to the film texture to increase the film’s anti-peeling properties; Membrane porosity is approximately 180,000 perm².

Product Descriptions

Features of EPDM Membranes

1.EPDM rubber membranes possess excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance, water vapor resistance, color stability, electrical properties, oil-filling properties, and room temperature flowability. Adding suitable antioxidants can further improve the operating temperature of these membranes.

2.The air bubbles are small and uniform, resulting in good flow rate and consistency.

3.Perforation is achieved using German CNC machine tools, avoiding damage to the membrane caused by conventional mechanical perforation, which can lead to tearing and reduced service life.

The addition of carbon black to EPDM membranes for greywater environments enhances their resistance to strong oxidizing agents such as ultraviolet radiation and ozone. It also provides resistance to corrosion from greases, acids, and alkalis, effectively preventing membrane shrinkage and deformation.
